The Port and Harbor Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism operates Cyber Port, a data platform that digitalizes port-related procedures, including port logistics and administrative procedures.
We will hold the ?yber Port Themed Seminar Series (Part 3)·on July 30, 2026.



Cyber Port (Port Logistics) is a data platform that digitalizes port logistics procedures among private-sector businesses to promote initiatives aimed at improving productivity across the entire port industry.
The Cyber Port Themed Seminar Series is designed to provide detailed explanations on specific topics that are not usually covered in depth during our regular seminars.

In this third session, we will present the ?angerous Goods Feature Edition (for Freight Forwarders, Customs Brokers, CFS Operators, and Cargo Owners).·br>
Specifically, this seminar is intended for freight forwarders, customs brokers, CFS operators, and cargo owners, and will explain how to create White Forms and Red Forms using Cyber Port? Dangerous Goods Feature, as well as how to share information electronically with related stakeholders such as the Japan Port Safety Association, terminal operators, and shipping companies.

Using actual system screens, we will demonstrate everything from creating dangerous goods documents (White Forms and Red Forms) to sharing information with related parties. We highly encourage anyone considering the digitalization and streamlining of dangerous goods procedures to attend.
(In particular, at the Port of Yokohama, the Yokohama Branch of the Japan Port Safety Association plans to begin accepting White Forms electronically via Cyber Port from September this year. As a result, momentum is growing toward the electronic preparation of dangerous goods documents. We strongly encourage all relevant stakeholders to participate.)
