Introducing the Excel Form Template Registration and Output Function in Cyber Port Cyber Port Themed Seminar Series (Vol. 7)
The Port and Harbor Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) operates "Cyber Port," a data platform that digitalizes port-related procedures, including port logistics and administrative processes.
We are pleased to announce that the "Cyber Port Themed Seminar Series (Vol. 7)" will be held on October 14, 2026.

"Cyber Port (Port Logistics)" is a data platform that digitalizes port logistics procedures among private-sector businesses to promote initiatives aimed at improving productivity across the entire port industry.
The "Cyber Port Themed Seminar Series," now in its seventh session, provides detailed explanations of specific topics that are not typically covered in regular seminars.
This seminar will focus on the theme: "Excel Form Template Registration and Output Function (For All Business Operators)."
This seminar is intended for all business operators and will introduce the details and configuration methods of the function that allows users to register and output Excel templates created by users within Cyber Port.
By using this function, Excel templates created by users and registered in advance in Cyber Port can be output with data entered in Cyber Port automatically reflected in the forms (supported forms only). As multiple Excel templates can be registered for each form, different Excel forms used by individual staff members, projects, or operations, such as S/I forms, customs calculation sheets, and container cargo receiving forms, can be centrally managed within Cyber Port. (It is also possible for an organization to jointly use the same Excel templates.) In addition, by expanding the publication scope, created Excel forms can be shared with users of other companies participating in the same transaction.
If you are considering improving operational efficiency by reducing data entry and integration workloads related to Excel files, or by centralizing Excel form management, we encourage you to join this seminar.
