The Tokyo Metropolitan Government Bureau of Port and Harbor, Tokyo Port Terminal Corporation, the Tokyo Harbor Transportation Association, and the Kanto Regional Development Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism are implementing a container pickup and delivery reservation program using CONPAS with the cooperation of related parties.
Phase 10 will be implemented at the Aomi No. 4 and Central Breakwater Outer Side Y1 and Y2 terminals.
[Implementation schedule]
1. Aomi No. 4 Terminal: September 14 to October 15, 2026, for 20 weekdays excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
2. Central Breakwater Outer Side Y1 Terminal: October 19 to November 13, 2026, for 19 weekdays excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
3. Central Breakwater Outer Side Y2 Terminal: November 9 to November 20, 2026, for 10 weekdays excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays

Road transport operators wishing to participate in this program
Membership in a truck association in a Kanto prefecture is not required.
