The Tokyo Metropolitan Government Bureau of Port and Harbor, Tokyo Port Terminal Corporation, the Tokyo Harbor Transportation Association, and the Kanto Regional Development Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, with the cooperation of relevant stakeholders, are implementing a container truck appointment system utilizing CONPASR.
We are pleased to announce that Phase 10 of this initiative will be conducted at the Aomi No. 4 Terminal and the Central Breakwater Outer Y1 and Y2 Terminals.

Schedule
1. Aomi No. 4 Terminal:
September 14, 2026 (Mon) to October 15, 2026 (Thu)
20 weekdays, excluding weekends and public holidays
2. Central Breakwater Outer Y1 Terminal:
October 19, 2026 (Mon) to November 13, 2026 (Fri)
19 weekdays, excluding weekends and public holidays
3. Central Breakwater Outer Y2 Terminal:
November 9, 2026 (Mon) to November 20, 2026 (Fri)
10 weekdays, excluding weekends and public holidays

Eligible Participants
Trucking companies wishing to participate in this project.
* Membership in a regional trucking association is not required.

Implementation Details
User guides and instructional videos explaining how to use CONPASR and key operational rules for Phase 10 will be published sequentially for trucking companies. Participants are requested to review the user guides and instructional videos in advance before joining the project.
