The Tokyo Metropolitan Government Bureau of Port and Harbor, Tokyo Port Terminal Corporation, the Tokyo Harbor Transportation Association, and the Kanto Regional Development Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT), with the cooperation of related parties, have been conducting a container gate reservation program utilizing CONPASR at the Port of Tokyo.
We are pleased to announce that the 10th phase of the program will be implemented at Aomi No. 4 Terminal and the Central Breakwater Outer Area Y1 and Y2 Terminals.

Implementation Schedule
1. Aomi No. 4 Terminal:
Twenty business days (excluding weekends and national holidays) from Monday, September 14, 2026, to Thursday, October 15, 2026.
2. Central Breakwater Outer Area Y1 Terminal:
Nineteen business days (excluding weekends and national holidays) from Monday, October 19, 2026, to Friday, November 13, 2026.
3. Central Breakwater Outer Area Y2 Terminal:
Ten business days (excluding weekends and national holidays) from Monday, November 9, 2026, to Friday, November 20, 2026.

Eligible Participants
Trucking companies wishing to participate in this program.
*Membership in truck associations in the Kanto region is not required.

Program Details
A user guide and instructional videos explaining how to use CONPASR and outlining the key operational rules for the 10th phase will be published sequentially for trucking companies. Participants are requested to review the user guide and the videos in advance before participating in the program.
