[Important] Notice of Revision to the Terms of Use Regarding Message Transmission and Reception with NACCS via Trade Platforms Connected to Cyber Port (Port Logistics) (April 13, 2026)
Regarding message transmission and reception with the Export and Import and Port-Related Information Processing System (hereinafter referred to as ?ACCS· via trade platforms connected to Cyber Port (Port Logistics),
the Terms of Use will be revised effective Thursday, April 16, 2026.

[Main Revisions]
1. Addition of provisions regarding message transmission and reception with NACCS via trade platforms connected to Cyber Port (Port Logistics)
?Article 12: A new article will be added to stipulate matters that trade platform operators must comply with when using trade platforms connected to Cyber Port to transmit and receive messages with NACCS via Cyber Port.
[Revised Terms of Use and Effective Date]
The revised Terms of Use will take effect on April 16, 2026.
For users who are already using Cyber Port, no additional procedures are required due to this revision.
By continuing to use Cyber Port on or after the revision date, users will be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms of Use and detailed rules (pursuant to Article 32, Paragraph 4 of the Terms of Use).
