[Important] Notice of Revised Terms of Use due to Cyber Port (Port Logistics) Monetization (Effective March 9, 2026)

Cyber Port (Port Logistics) will implement fees from April 2026.

[Important] Regarding the Charging of Cyber Port (Port Logistics)

In conjunction with this, some revisions will be made to the Cyber Port Terms of Use.
Please review the summary of the revisions below:

[Key Revisions]
1. Changes due to Cyber Port becoming fee-based
Along with Cyber Port becoming fee-based, items related to usage fees have been revised and added.
Article 4, Paragraph 6: Agreement to the Usage Fee Regulations added.
Article 6, Paragraph 1: Content revised with the commencement of charging.
Article 18, Paragraph 10: Content regarding usage fees for the cancellation month added.
Article 19: Content revised with the commencement of charging.
Appendix 2: "Cyber Port (Port Logistics) Usage Fee Regulations" added.
Table 2: Revision of the relationship between "Business Type" and "Category of Potential Contractor" on Cyber Port (Port Logistics).
Addition of operators eligible for usage fee reduction/exemption.

2. Abolition of VGM-related business types
In the future, to enable all registered shippers and registered confirming operators using Cyber Port to use VGM-related functions, the distinctions of "registered shipper" and "registered confirming operator" within VGM-related business types will be abolished.
Article 3, Paragraph 1: Deletion of registered shipper and registered confirming operator.
Table 2: Revision of the relationship between "Business Type" and "Category of Potential Contractor" on Cyber Port (Port Logistics).
Deletion of registered shipper and registered confirming operator.

[Revised Terms of Use and Effective Date]
The revision of the Terms of Use will be effective as of March 9, 2026.
For those who are already using Cyber Port, no additional procedures are required due to this revision.
By using Cyber Port after the revision date, you will be deemed to have agreed to the revised terms and regulations. (From Article 32, Paragraph 4 of the Terms of Use)
