The Kanto Regional Development Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism has conducted CONPAS trial operations for advance verification of electronic delivery slips since FY2024 with the cooperation of the parties concerned.
We hereby announce that the Tokyo Metropolitan Government will conduct a demonstration of advance verification of delivery information at the Port of Tokyo as follows.

- Monday, October 26, 2026 to Friday, October 30, 2026 (5 days)
[Target terminals]
- Oi Terminals 1 and 2
- Oi Terminals 3 and 4
This demonstration will be conducted using vehicles operated by selected customs brokers, warehouse operators, and land transportation operators who were asked in advance to cooperate. During the period, an "Advance Verification Trial Only Slot" will be established as a reservation slot dedicated to the demonstration. Please note that this slot is not available to anyone other than the operators cooperating in the demonstration. There will be no changes to the on-site CONPAS traffic flow.
