The Kanto Regional Development Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is promoting the introduction of CONPAS, a system designed to enhance the international competitiveness of the Keihin Port and to reduce congestion in front of container terminal gates and shorten the dwell time of container trailers at terminals.
With the cooperation of stakeholders, full-time operation based on a reservation principle will be launched at the Honmoku BC Container Terminal BC2 Gate in the Port of Yokohama.

Important Notes
A CONPAS reservation is required for gate operations at BC2 after the start of full-time operation.
First-time users must complete CONPAS registration in advance.
Existing users should confirm that their registered vehicle information and PS card information are up to date.
