CONPASR Continuous Operation Starts at Yokohama Port! [Updated Honmoku BC2 User Guides]
The Kanto Regional Development Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) is promoting the implementation of CONPASR, a system designed to enhance the international competitiveness of Keihin Port by reducing congestion at container terminal gates and shortening the time container trailers spend within terminals.
With the cooperation of relevant stakeholders, continuous operation of CONPASR based on a reservation-required principle has now commenced at the Yokohama Port Honmoku BC Container Terminal (BC2 Gate).
From Monday, July 13, 2026
?CONPAS User Guide ? Operational Rules (Honmoku BC2)
After the commencement of continuous operation, a CONPASR reservation is required for all container pick-up and drop-off operations at BC2 Gate.
If you are using CONPASR for the first time, please complete your CONPASR user registration in advance.
For companies already using CONPASR, please ensure that the vehicle information and PS Card information registered in CONPASR are up to date.
