The Kanto Regional Development Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is promoting the introduction of CONPAS, a system designed to alleviate congestion in front of container terminal gates and shorten the time container trailers spend at terminals, with the aim of strengthening the international competitiveness of the Keihin Port.
With the cooperation of relevant parties, we will now conduct a trial operation of CONPAS ?rinciple-based reservations?at the BC Container Terminal (BC2 Gate) in Honmoku Pier, Port of Yokohama.

[Important Notes]
If you are using CONPAS for the first time, please complete the user registration application in advance. In particular, during the trial operation period, a CONPAS reservation is mandatory for any loading or unloading at the BC2 Gate.
For companies that have been using CONPAS previously, please ensure that the vehicle information and PS card information registered in CONPAS are up to date.
