Kobe International Container Terminal (KICT) to Begin CONPAS Trial Operations! -Recruitment of participating businesses for trial operations starts September 30-

The Kinki Regional Development Bureau and Hanshin International Port Corporation have been operating CONPAS since the end of FY2023 with the cooperation of all stakeholders.
Now, to expand the use of CONPAS at Hanshin Port, trial operations will be conducted at Kobe International Container Terminal (KICT) for import/export containers (full-in/out and full-in/in).
Participants for the trial operations will be recruited publicly, so we encourage all interested businesses to apply.

In addition, we have created explanatory videos to guide you through the CONPAS system overview, application procedures, and system operation methods at Hanshin Port.

To apply for usage, please use the Application Page on this portal site.
Please note that land transport operators wishing to use CONPAS at Hanshin Port will need to complete separate procedures regarding the loan of dedicated CONPAS mobile terminals, etc. After submitting your application via the application page, the Hanshin Port CONPAS Help Desk will contact you individually with further instructions.
