[Posting an instructional video]We are launching the 8th phase of the container gate-in/gate-out reservation system project at Tokyo Port using CONPAS!
Transport Association, and the Kanto Regional Development Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism are jointly implementing a container gate-in/gate-out reservation-based operation using CONPASR, with the cooperation of relevant stakeholders.
We are pleased to announce that Phase 8 of this initiative will be carried out at the Ohi Terminals 6 & 7, Aomi Terminal 4, and the Outer Central Breakwater Y1 Terminal.[User Guide Published]
?Implementation Schedule
? Ohi Terminals 6 & 7 and Aomi Terminal 4:
From Thursday, September 18, 2025 to Friday, October 17, 2025 (excluding weekends and public holidays, for a total of 20 weekdays)
* Both terminals will operate simultaneously
? Outer Central Breakwater Y1 Terminal:
From Monday, October 27, 2025 to Monday, November 10, 2025 (excluding weekends and public holidays, for a total of 10 weekdays)

Land transport operators wishing to participate in this initiative
Membership in truck associations of the Kanto region is not required.

Guides explaining how to operate CONPAS and key points of Phase 8 rules for land transport operators are published.
Please review the guides and instructional videos in advance.
Especially for companies continuing from Phase 7, please ensure that the vehicle information and PS card information registered in CONPAS are up to date.
