We will be implementing the CONPAS-utilized container loading/unloading reservation system project (Phase 8) at Tokyo Port (Ohi No. 6 & 7 Terminals, Aomi No. 4 Terminal, and Central Breakwater Outer Y
The Tokyo Metropolitan Government Bureau of Port and Harbor, Tokyo Port Terminal Corporation, Japan Association of Tokyo Port Transport Companies, and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Kanto Regional Development Bureau are implementing a container loading/unloading reservation system project utilizing CONPASR with the cooperation of relevant parties.
We are pleased to announce that the 8th phase of this initiative will be implemented at Ohi No. 6 & 7, Aomi No. 4, and Central Breakwater Outer Y1 Terminals.
? Implementation Schedule
? Ohi No. 6 & 7 and Aomi No. 4 Terminals:
20 weekdays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, from September 18 (Thursday) to October 17 (Friday), 2025.
?Simultaneous implementation at both terminals.
? Central Breakwater Outer Y1 Terminal:
10 weekdays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, from October 27 (Monday) to November 10 (Monday), 2025.
? Participating Companies
Land transport operators wishing to participate in this project.
?Membership in Kanto prefectural truck associations is not required.
? Details of Implementation
Videos explaining how to operate CONPAS and key points of the 8th phase operational rules for land transport operators will be distributed sequentially from late August to early September 2025.
